The engine will see and process the bet once it's restored no matter what; there's no way to "void" a bet before it plays. That would go against the provably fair design. So we can't cancel and refund any bets, sorry! All I can say is good luck.

Well they are trying their best to make system live. Maybe you should have checked the site when you placed the bet. Luckyb.it is a fair and not a scam site. As far as my betting experience with them they refunded my bets that I mistakenly sent to the Hot wallet  .

Also site has pretty much to recover from backup and also they might be also building something that players get a good experience and errors like this don't happen again.
