I agree when there's a probability of  78.9% you'll hit x0.2 expect to lose a lot when betting on this line. Thats why I mostly bet on yellow because red will suck your balance fast after a couple of bets.

That's what mods also said to me maybe it'll happen during the time of christmas when the owners aren't that much busy. When they have a giveaway/promotion running they will post it here or in games and rounds if you come on the chatbox you could ask them or check their community hub.
