What's the target for reported posts to become moderator?

1 reported post and 100% accuracy. What happens when I report someone's post and its considered a succesful report, do they get banned for a couple days? I would hate that

No it takes much more than 1 post to get banned.  They would have to perpetual offenders.

As above, unlikely to get banned for one post but depends on the rest of their posts if a mod checks them and finds similar or persistent behaviour. If someone gets banned though it's usually for a good reason so you shouldn't hesitate in reporting offending posts.

If you don't mind, can you tell me when did you became a mod(reported posts)? I know the accuracy must be atleast above 60%. I don't like to be a mod(I don't think I will be ), it's a hard job. Need sharp eyes...

In July some time. You need to report a lot of posts and 60% is considered good I think. My accuracy was/still is 97% but it's more about the number of reports than your overall score.

I don't know why anyone would want to be a moderator. It's a horrible thankless* job where you get bitched at constantly for doing the right thing, harassed by trolls when you try to rein them in, people judging you constantly who don't even have the information they need to make a proper judgement, and giving them said information would compromise someone's privacy. Privacy wins, so you have to shut up and be perceived as the bad guy. 

*Not entirely thankless anymore, theymos does help us out with the mod payments, though TBH that's not really enough sometimes.
