There's been a lot of issues in the past.

I used them about  a year ago or so. They were having all sorts of issues, the best way to get ahold of them isnt thru their contact page, but go to their facebook page, my issues were resolved within hours, and i had been waiting a couple weeks for them to get to my claim...

I think they are okay, but just understaffed, every issue that Ive had has been resolved to my satisfaction...

I know its pretty easy to fund your account by just mailing in a money order which I kinda like. How are they when you want to cash out?

Is there another exchange that is better for people in the US? I have a Bitstamp and Coinbase account but would like a better (cheaper) option.

Never used them myself but I know people that have and they have in the past had a few problems with them but it's never really been anything major. Usually it just takes them time to get back to you when you are having problems. Not too sure what they are like now though.

They just helped me fix an issue pretty quickly over live chat.

I am going to send some funds and give them a try. Will report back later.

A friend actually brought Campbx to my attention, but neither me nor him ended up using it.

I used them for over a year without issue. They are slow, but they are US based and honest.
