Please everyone start sending your coins to bittrex

I won't be sending all my coins to Trex in one go, unless there is a specific reason why I should. I have a fair bunch there already and plan on converting them in 2 to 3 batches to avoid the nightmare scenario of the Trex wallet getting hacked with all my CLD (and everybody else's) inside!

Does Trex need all my coins or can I swap them in 2 or 3 batches as described above?

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Few questions for the dev:

1. Will Bittrex automatically convert CLD to CLD2?
2. If so, when will it happen?
3. When will the new wallet be available for download?

Things like these should be at the top of the ANN

Well i figure everyone would want to use bittrex to swap the coins, but i could offer a manual swap to those that dont want to use bittrex.

send me a pm with your wallet address and ill send you an address to send your coins too.

Things like these should be at the top of the ANN

1. bittrex has confirm to do the swap they are, it will no be automatically im sure they go to a process before swaping out the coins, they are a bit slow taking in mind richie tweet about the shellshock patch https://twitter.com/richiela/status/515403600235753472

2. im waiting still on a time frame into when will they do the swap
3. the new wallet is ready. i figure most people would want to use bittrex for the swap or they could do it directly with me!

is not on the op b/c bittrex hasn't gave me all the details, i ratter keep it basic if you want bittrex to do the swap send your coins there, or it could done with me.

I want to know what will happen once bittrex tries to delist CLD2 from lack of volume because everyones staking....
I hate bittrex for this reason.

Won't happen. Bittrex delists when a coin has less than .10 over the previous 7 days.

Besides, only about 20% of coins will be staking at any given time - the rest will be traded.

It needs .7 btc for one day for the last 7 days, or .1 btc everyday for 7 days.
we will make that and more, im sure more markets will be willing to pick you cld for trading.

What's happening now?

im guessing he wants to know what would happen in the worst case scenario, we have to keep it positive guys!

please dont forget to send your coins to bittrex!

exactly, dminer69. Not being negative when I ask, I raise a valid point. I've seen some PoS coins suffer from low volume and hitting the trade mininum. 35% PoS will take a lot off the market, more than 20% as Holdtheline projects. Perhaps CLD could start a new thing with bittrex allowing all PoS coins to set new lower volume requirements due to the nature of staking.

+1

Your offer of swapping manually appreciated. Will wait on Trex to see how they plan to do the swap before making any decisions + would like to have DL for new wallet before swapping.

Excited about this new release!

yea i know where your coming from, but looking at the current situation with cld, our chances with xcld are 200% better to get trade more and gain more value.

delete the xcloudcoin folder and do a restart, back up your wallet.dat if you have coins on cld or move them to bittrex.

Dev, could the swap be professionally summed up, please ?

1/ Why exactly a swap ?
New feature ?

2/ How exactly can you swap your coins ?
Bittrex ? well, I am not going to send thousand dollars to an exchange. btw, how is the network staking meanwhile ?

3/ How long ? It needs at least a month time. "Buy and holders" don't read forums every week. I saw other swap with people being "late" and they lost their coins. Short time for swap is granting day-traders, against real backers.

4/ Did you send a mail to Investors ?

Thanks
