So if you was twenty going with a seventeen year old would not be frowned upon.  Regarding the laws of pornography I'm not sure probably eighteen tho probably should be twenty-one as should be prostitutes.

Depends on the state. In some places, sex between 16y/o & 18 y/o is fine, most states 15y/o with 15y/o is statutory rape. Sometimes, 17y/o with 65y/o is fine so long as it isn't recorded. I'm not up-to-date on the laws though, so maybe some of those examples are no longer true.

This is why it's so difficult. I'm not familiar with any of the accusations or assertions against you. But cross culture laws and customs can get in the way. What is illegal here might not be illegal there. Here you have to be 21 to drink, many other countries laugh at that.

But what I read from your post, you just tried to help a 17 year old model with no sexual intent. 17 is an odd age here, depends on lots of circumstances. Are they emancipated? and many other factors. Not being familiar with all the laws in other countries, I couldn't say in your case. But one might imagine 17 being legal in many other countries. Wonder how our Child Labor Laws compare with China's? Probably won't hear much complaining about that though.


But why even bring it up again, unless it is an issue.

On the Magazine, just publish.

Have you a printer yet?  Who is it?  Would a print on demand publisher work for you? A POD Publisher would take a cut but you might get a larger subscription base. BTC and other fiat.

Since there seems to be a few recurring misconceptions floating around, I'll try to shed some more light on them if I can:

• I believe the video was recorded by an amateur photographer friend of hers.
• Cultural differences aside, the video is neither sexual nor pornographic in nature. I definitely appreciate the concerns of her well-being by the community and encourage more involvement with her career, but ultimately I fail to see any endangerment of any sort. I feel this is mostly a non-issue that has been inflated with FUD by those of certain religious affiliations as there is obviously no legal issue with the content in question in Korea or anywhere else to the best of my knowledge. For those who would consider a 17 year old girl wearing a shirt and panties on a 12 second video to be shocking, I fear a heart-attack is imminent upon learning of the following internationally publicized activity: Miley Cyrus's 9-year-old sister launching a lingerie line for kids.
• I can obviously contact her myself and advise her against doing videos of this nature in the future based on concerns raised by the community, but it is of course better if the community voices this opinion to her uploaded video page directly. I believe her parents are her acting managers at this moment so it is probably an issue best discussed with them until she is 18.
• I haven't worked in education since 2010. I only work in Bitcoin now and I've never been happier.

Yes this pisses me off too. What's next, lingerie for babies.
No religion to blame, I'm from Amsterdam and all child abuse shit starts with panties on.

Correction: Upon receiving a Facebook update today it is apparent that she took the video at the same studio she took her new set of photos. Whomever had a problem with the video is certainly going to have a problem with her newest album updates:
