If the exhaust airflow isn't directly drying the food it should be OK.

Oh you're down here too huh?  Don't you love the fact that this is the hottest year in recorded history in SoCal.  I mean we had 97F last winter, WTF!  Other people's mining room's ambient temps are less than our weather temps
