Entertaining serious offers only, prefer to ship with in the US, but will explore other shipping options as well.

Escrow - of course (no need to ask)

Thanks!

EDIT*** Due to popular demand and advice from others on the correct price for the SP30, I will offer it up for $4200 .

I will accept BTC

escrow is a must.

Shipping in USA only.

If you are interested let me know.

thanks!

These are doing 4.5TH @ 3000 watts?  I know they were off spec by a decent amount...what speeds/watts are you getting with it?

It is brand new, I have not connected it, I opened the box just to check for damage and for photos. the mounting ears are a little bent on each side, but are replaceable, everything else looks intact.

Most I could offer would be around 5BTC, but I would need it tested before it gets shipped.  Anything over that even with my free power is just not worth it for me.

I understand...I only price them based on how many BTC they produce.  Good luck with sales!

$5500 is 11BTC.  ASICMiner tubes are about double the speed at 7.9BTC.  This forum is littered with threads like this one.  The amount you want will never come.  Plug it in ASAP or take the best offer also ASAP.  Good luck.

Well, no one knows where BTC is going to go and diff will flatten out according to popular belief.

So either way its always a gamble, but if BTC rises a couple hundred points ROI for sure.

thanks!

and....

"Plug it in ASAP or take the best offer also ASAP.  Good luck."  ----- thanks i always listen to advice like that Smiley

where is the link for the "ASICMiner tubes are about double the speed at 7.9BTC." ?

Edit** oh i see so your Frankensteining 10 devices together instead of a clean 2U rack mountable unit?  nice one.

Dude if you had it mining for you while you waited for a sale then it would make sense to hold out at $5500. But that does not seem to be the case, the amount you will get will continue to decrease as time passes.

I suppose worst case you can always sell it for the group price rate and have it delivered in September but if it reaches October when the SP31 starts shipping with higher hash rates you might end up losing considering the fact that you are not mining with the machine as you said.

Anyways good luck

I set it up last night to test its functionality that's all and verify its working condition with ManeBjorn's assistance. It has not been mining anytime before that at all. And the only reason was because someone asked me to test it to get results.

thanks!

Am interested in the SP30, is it still for sale? Probably needs to be priced appropriately at or less than what the SP31 is coming for in a month, but i haven't given it a lot of thought about what the exact price would be. Pricing it in terms of BTC might keep things relative since that's what it hopefully creates.

4.5THs produces about .09 BTC/day at current difficulty, i.e. for another week and then we go lower. That reality juxtaposed against current miner asking pricing is a sobering thought.

These are doing 4.5TH @ 3000 watts?  I know they were off spec by a decent amount...what speeds/watts are you getting with it?

at 3,000 watts what is that in terms of AMPS?  I am guessing about 21 amps?

yes that is correct, sp31 is 5.500/ths @ 2500w

The watts are constant. The amps will vary - are you plugging it into 120-125vac (unadvised by manufacturer)

Are you plugging it into 208vac or 240vac in the USA?

Or somewhere else at even another voltage range, such as Europe?

So nobody talks amps, it is too relative.

Take the watts that it draws - it's been said to be anywhere from 2500-3000 watts and divide that by the voltage you will be using to power it with. Those are the amps @ that voltage range.

3000 watts / 240vac = 12.5 amps
3000 watts / 208vac = 14.42 amps
3000 watts / 120vac = 25 amps - and the manufacturer says that it will not be possible for the miner to run at 100% on 120vac.
