So, the possibility we could not receive the data from GLBSE is looks pretty significant.

Please give me the following information:
GLBSE Username
number of Rastamine (JAH) bonds you own
e-mail associated with GLBSE
BTC address

I want to connect this information with your bitcointalk username, so please send me a PM with your claim. If you do not want this connection, you can send me an e-mail at jah.claims@ymail.com

If you think this data is sensitive, use this public key to encrypt it.

I got a list from Nefario. This list is very incomplete and I decided to manage it by hands, until the situation becomes clearer.

I think I'll make payments this Sunday.
This payments will cover period from
2012-10-4 00:00 GLBSE time to
2012-12-8 23:59 GLBSE time
and they will be 0.02 Ƀ per bond.

I got a second list. Now information is significantly less partial than it was before. Its not 100% filled yet, but close.

I have done payments for period from
2012-10-4 00:00 GLBSE time to
2012-12-8 23:59 GLBSE time.
There is some unclaimed bonds. I'll pay when I'll receive information about them.
What's next? I don't know, and will manage it by hands before I decide what to do.

I just received full bondholders list from Nefario.
So now I can go forward. I really thought about colored coins but there is one issue: bonds should be tradable and colored coins is not mature enough yet. And only because of this I forced to go on the centralized service.
I still need some confirmations/information from bondholders but i think I'll list on the BitFunder pretty soon.

PS
When I add new information to the old lists I'm getting 5003 bonds, but in the new list one bondholder has 3 bonds less compared to the previous list, lol. That is how Nefario works (-:

Check for duplicate entries...

YABMC final list had several people with two or more accounts (which initially appeared to be a new lower share total).  Their totals were correct but you needed to consolidate the shares.

From Dec 27 you can trade JAH bonds on the BitFunder.
I made three dividend payments on BitFunder already:
on Dec 27, for period from 2012-12-8 to 2012-12-26
on Dec 31, for 4 days, and today also for 4 days.

Also, on Dec 31, I completed manually payments 0.02 Ƀ per bond for those, who wasn't in the first two lists, received from Nefario.

For the ASIC update I have ASICMINER shares and looks like soon ASICMINER will start to pay dividends and after that I'll make my update. I'm fully depended from that company, so more information you can look at the ASICMINER-topic. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=99497.0

I don't have bitcoin-otc. Probably I should register there, but this is not urgently.

Can you give details? Some transparency would be appreciated.

How many ASICminer shares do you have?

Also, how many ASIC devices have been ordered from BFL?

I feel that the bond is under valued right now - and have invested in it. But would love some more details to accurately do my calculations and figure out how much more should I buy. Thank you.

Hi wisard,
I have more ASICMINER shares than needed to cover my obligations.
And I have no devices ordered from BFL. This guys don't actually selling them and, as I wrote, I do not wont give them my money before they will sell real devices.
best, rastapool

I like your style Rasta.
You say you can issue more shares without a vote. Do you have any plans to do so? Will you being raising more capital if a solid ASIC option comes available?

hi, nameface
At this moment I don't see a good opportunity to do this. But who know how things will go, if I'll have good options I'll do this.

I like how the JAH dividend schedule works. BTC mining isn't a boom or bust sort of thing, it's little by little, and the coupons coming in like this is naturally appealing.
It's 2013, waiting for a month in the dark for a dividend to come in while the bitcoin world moves at a million MPH is kind of annoying.
