Could you clarify whether this increased payout from today will be the normal rate, or will dividends decrease back to normal until the next asicminer dividends?
Also, when will you release the new upgradeable shares?

Hi, ThickAsThieves In my first post I said that I can change my offer if ASICMINER will pay less than announced. Back in summer ASICMINER declared Self-Mining with First Batch of Chips At least 12TH/s in
total, that is equivalent to 30MH/s per share Now we have only 4.5TH/s (it's about 1/3). It's really hard to decide what I should do. But I definitely can't offer update to 25.2 until ASICMINER will fill all 12TH. Truly, I don't obligated to increase dividends in 6 times. But I think can do this: I increase dividends in 6 times now (even with 1/3 from expected ASICMINER income) and wait 12TH to offer payed update. I'd like to say more, but I don't know: we depended from ASICMINER and I don't have exactly information how ASICMINER will go. will dividends decrease back to normal until the next asicminer dividends? No. |

sold for ~2.5 times what I bought in at and got lots of dividends in between

What are the intentions looking into the future for this operation? Are you planning to expand to acquire a bigger slice of the total network hashing capacity? Are you going to buy back the shares?

Once ASICMINER reach 12 Th/s, I'll offer a new 25.2 Mh/s bonds. I'll offer payed update: one this new bond for one JAH bond + 0.12 BTC.
From start it will be 5000*25.2 Mh/s bonds, fully backed by ASICMINER shares. In the future I'll increase this amount over 5000 and partially or fully back it by real hardware.

I created the new RTM asset. The holder of these bonds will receive as coupons a number of bitcoins equivalent to 100% PPS output of 25.2 MH/s per bond, for as long as they hold the bond.
Dividends
Dividends are paid at weekly or more often in bitcoins.
BuyBack
The issuer can buy back the bond at any time at a price equal to 105% of the highest price the asset was traded on BitFunder over the prior 360 hours. You can exchange 1 JAH bond on 1 RTM bond for 0.12 BTC use skype: disposable.jah2rtm for insructions. I'll give you unique BTC-address. Is it just me or does anyone else not get RTM to show up on the markets tab on bitfunder.I can see it in My Assets and can see that 2 trades have occured but has the bond not been made public yet? Not everyone does due diligence and reads the forums so I wonder how many ignorant JAH owners don't even know RTM is around yet.
