Hello everyone,
I have 5,000$ I want to invest in crypto currencies.
I'm wondering what's the best move right now? Should I buy bitcoins directly ? Should I buy a miner ? Should I buy an other crypto currency ?
Buying Bitcoins would save me a lot of trouble, I would have my money directly converted into bitcoins? Buying a miner could be fun, especially because I have free electricity but you have to wait to be delivered, it might be a scam, difficulty might increase and you'll never get a chance to earn enough btc to break -even ?
I'm not sure what I will do... What would you suggest at this moment ?
Thank you for your help, insights and time!

If you have "5K" to throw around with this type of thing and you are asking us about it, you shouldn't be spending that money in all likelihood.
No to miners as they will most likely lose you money, and no to anything else. If you don't know what to do with 5K you sure as hell shouldn't be buying much with it here because you come off as not knowing much and thats how people lose money.

You should buy bitcoins directly, the price at the moment is really low, it's the best period to buy.

I like mining its a hobby myself. I would do some mining if you enjoy it and some buy direct. But if you want pure profit at this second direct buy of btc.

Yes mining is fun but it comes with a lot of trouble, delivery delays, scams, custom fees... For the sake of fun I already have a Bitmain S1 mining for peanuts... but I'm not willing to have fun with the 5k$... I'm looking for a good way to invest the 5k$ and was thinking mining or buying but it seems like at this moment buying might be the best option? The other option I was considering was http://www.spondoolies-tech.com/products/sp31-yukon-october-batch-1

Put it all on BTC imo. Sub 500 seems like a good entrance point to go hard. It may go even lower but you are risking missing a big boat.

If you are not a trader or enthusiast, don't buy into altcoins. Diversify your funds between BTC and mining equipment or gigahashes for sale. Depends on location and leccy costs. If your leccy is free, mining is the way to go definitely.

Buy Bitcoins.
Miners aren't good deal with only 5k or if you don't live in a hardware producer country, and if you need to ask if altcoins are worth investing, it is because they are not worth investing for you

With bitcoins being at a low price right now I would advise to invest some of the money you have in bitcoins and then keep the rest and treat yourself or even someone you love.

1 Don't buy any mining hardware or you will lose your money. 2 If you want to try mining buy some hours of cloudmining rig but only for didactic purposes. 3 Invest in altcoins after having studied the market, but only if you want an high risk investment. 4 Buy bitcoins, it's safer, easier and more profitable.

hashlets are cool and seem to be on time for ROI... get BTC cause once you have it you really can do whatever you want with it. and the price most likely will go back up over 500

Wow, I just entered this forum having the same confusion in my mind. It's good to see that there are so many people to help out here.
Actually my case is different, I recently came to know about BTC and I'm still not totally into it but somewhere I feel I could be a good idea. I was thinking about cloud mining or trading. As I'm in IM industry for about 3 years now I've never seen people talking about BTC but now every now and then people are talking about BTC.
Before this I had only used paypal and I was pretty happy with it. I've made over 50k now and now I'm looking to spend some time with my family and that is why I want something in which I don't have to beat my head day and night. So, If anyone could suggest me I'll be grateful.

Buying bitcoin directly is the best right now as the price is only $480 and it has good potential to go up..

For you it would be good to just invest in BTC, cloud mining is not profitable at all.
