No, you cannot buy from Kraken using a Credit Card or PayPal. Please refrain from posting unconstructive comments. There are other payments processor to transfer money. In general CC or any other ways of payment which can be reversed are not permitted to buy currency ETC... I will still insist to not keep BTC or money in exchange as this is just asking for trouble. |

But for buying bitcoin with Paypal, it is easier to go through Virwox than using localbitcoins as no one is going to trust a new user with paypal payment. |

If in US look into coinbase. You use bank account (you can put a CC on file if it uses the CC i is a highe percentage).
Best bet is bank linked to coinbase. Also there is always localbitcoins.

People who are selling BTC and are accepting PayPal are living a pretty risky life! The buyers can easily file a chargeback and get their money back. Since BTC transactions are irreversible, the BTC are then gone, as well as the money used to pay for them.

If you can find someone that sells you Bitcoin via PayPal (at a reasonable price) you're lucky. But most people won't do that since they risk you filing a charge-back, claiming your account was compromised or something like that...

I don't think it as risky if you trust the person your selling to has morals and isn't out to scam you out of a few dollars. It's all about being able to judge a persons character and go from there. Not to mention the persons service would likely have been used by other members of the forum and not had any issues. I personally have done this don't regret it one bit, I'm more worried Paypal would close the account to then I am of a chargeback from the few transactions I've done. |

Again, use CoinBase if you're in the US. There aren't really any other reliable alternatives right now, unless you get an invite from Circle. |
