BTC exchanges with Egopay deposit

I am looking to make a list of exchanges which has the option of Egopay deposit.

So far I found Laktbtc,BTER,Cryptsy and Cointrader.

You guys know any more with good trading volumes?

You are missing the two most important: Bifinex.com (I thinks it's 2% fee for deposit) and Btc-e.com (huge fee for egopay deposits, but some times they reduce it)

Check also therocktrading.com , but lower volume.

I found that many exchanges are gradually eliminated egopay deposit...

Does egopay charge a fee for sending/receiving funds to your account?
