I dont really understand your case. Do you mean that you forget your FJ account then you create a new account then make a deposit in the account and now your new account is closed? If it is like this, of course you did a mistake by creating a new account while you should try to find your old account first (can be by asking support). Most chances we will be having all updates related to this after end of this season while currently they are giving all details related to every week, so things are going interesting I was also good in last few seasons but sadly due to have some problems I lost few weeks and now having no chance of ending with over 100 goals, but hopefully we will be having another exciting season in 2024 to 2025 and this could be more challenging for the members as things are going heated up.

This season is the first season when Fortunejack provide the prize for 100 correct prediction during the whole season. This prize was not available in the previous 2 majestic7 promotion.  It looks simple by math (3 correct prediction per matchday) but in fact it is not easy lol, I have many matchday with zero correct prediction and I'm not even reaching 70 correct prediction so far. About the winners list, maybe fortunejack will announce it later once the promo ends like what they used to announce after a matchday. BTW, congrats Trofo.

The fault is definitely on your side because almost all gambling sites ban gamblers with multiple accounts regardless of their intentions which is stated clearly in their terms and conditions.

You should have spoken to their customer care before going forward with creating a new account. They should give you back your deposit though.
