Is there a version of the latest wallet that doesn't have the built mining crap?  I get many wallets have false positives when scanned for bugs......but 24 found on virus total is a pretty scary thing to trust!!

The wallet has had builtin mining since release.  I have used all the wallet versions and none have contained viruses.  You are more than welcome to compile your own from GitHub here: https://github.com/GlobalBoost/GlobalBoost-Y.

Edit:  Links in the ANN are the GitHub links.  You can see below.  Which link where you using to download the wallet?

This just seems horribleladiculous. I have both the wallet instance running AND the GPU - an AMD A9 280x btw, and I get 1.39 KH/s. Are you kidding me? I am trying to help out all I can, but gheesh. I have a home built comp with an MSI Z97-GAMING 7 ATX MB,  8 core AMD processor, and all the memory you could shake a stick at, and this is it? What on the world of Horton hears a Who am I doing wrong, or is it just the way it is? If so, pardon my rant, and go on about your business, but there's got to be more to life than 1.39 KH/s. Or......maybe I should get a life, lol. Just trying to help my fellow dis. vets. You know what I mean if you are. I got out with an honorable medical status RE-3P (which was a crock, made me take it). Anyways, sorry about my rant, and carry on. Woo-ha!

Hey Skyline247.  I appreciate the feedback very much.  You can rant here anytime you want.   Grin  Lets see if we can get some more hashes out of that equipment.

I understand what you mean.  The hash rates are not great right now, but we will get this code optimized.  The nVidia cards have been doing better than AMD cards, not sure why.  CryptoSiD from suchpool was running 5 290x and just getting a little over 1 KH/s.  So there id def some work to do on the gpu code.  That AMD CPU should def be getting a better hashrate.  Just a quick note.  The memory on your mobo will be different than the memory in the CPU itself.  Can you provide some info on how you are mining?

Are you CPU mining from the wallet?
If not mining from the wallet, what is the command line you are using?
Which minerd are you using for CPU mining?

Wow I wish I was able to get some BSTY at that pricei!!  You are not too late to invest in GlobalBoost.  We are a real company with real people, products, payment gateway plugins, and advertising platform (beta).  Every month we are coming out with new developments and advancing the platform.  To answer your question that is a coin we developed.  It is still included in all the payment gateways, and we provide free online wallets, ect.  Please let me know if you have any more questions.

Sorry for taking so long to get back to you WigitGetIt, it's been a busy week. Yes, I was CPU mining using the wallet. I was also using the djm34's Windows Compiled SGminer that you posted for my GPU. I have since switched to using minerd and am getting an average of 3 khash/s out of the AMD CPU. (yay!  Grin) As for the R9 280x GPU, I am still using the SGMiner. I am using Param's as follows ---

"rem setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100
rem setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
rem setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
del *.bin
sgminer.exe --no-submit-stale --kernel yescrypt-multi -o stratum+tcp://mine2.bsty.nonce-pool.com:4095 -u  -p   --gpu-platform 0 -w 4   -g 2
pause"

I have tried different kernels to no avail. I've even set an Intensity parameter of -I 9 but my card goes wonky. As it shows on the pool site, which I know isn't exact, it's showing .38 khash/s on the GPU. I am still fiddling with it, and will report back my results. Thanks again.

ok thanks a lot WigitGetIt.

Please use & test the GlobalBoost platform.  Set some posts from Social Networks Manager, sell any product you want simply by listing the price(add paypal email under account settings if you want to accept paypal & credit card), try posting some products on eBay with the eBay app (follow links to authenticate your eBay account).  Find people that are not following you on Twitter, find people that you want to follow by keyword or by copying a users followers.  Authenticate your linkedin account and start engaging your connections there.  Use the online wallets & install the Wordpress payment gateway plugin on your site.
I understand that everyone wants the platform out of beta yesterday and I do also.  We are close but still need some refinements and edits to release publicly.  While in beta you can invite whoever you like using the "referralmail" link from main dashboard.
We are about a week out from being able to sell domains from GlobalBoo.st and you can see we have installed the domain search tool.  This is an extensive project with a lot of custom coding.  Fortunately we have the team for the job!  Once we finish the domain controls similar to Godaddy we will then add hosting, SSL certificates, back orders, ect.
The eBay app took longer than I wanted to finish but it is working perfectly now!  I will hold off on the Craigslist app for now as we try and bring the platform out of beta this summer.  As I see it currently we need to finish these jobs:
1. Add follow and friend feature
2. Add chat feature
3. Develop mobile app
4. Add more content publishing areas (advertising space) to status pages
5. Enable paid featured content/posts
6. Update compliance of our Twitter Exchange
7. Update the Facebook app
8. Update referral banners
9. Add forum capability

As many of you know I own a couple of other companies including a model staffing & event production business.  Once we bring things out of beta I have pretty girls on the ground worldwide to promote our GlobalBoost Platform.  One year ago when looking to build the platform the estimates I was getting was around $100k.  I can tell you a year later that the cost of the platform looks to be about $100k. I don't know if I will need to invest another $100k or not.  Only time will tell.  GlobalBoost is a long term project and I thank each and every one of you for taking part of it.  Please let me know your thoughts.

All The Best,

I was thinking if is not time to do some pump of coin even if will be made by the team but what you think about the future of BSTY,cause we have to look at the warranties of this coin and make sure this will have value because awesome projects GlobalBoost have and this projects some part is working right now
What you say me about ?
is a good thing to strategy

thanks a lot for you attention.
