ok thanks a lot WigitGetIt.
Please use & test the GlobalBoost platform. Set some posts from Social Networks Manager, sell any product you want simply by listing the price(add paypal email under account settings if you want to accept paypal & credit card), try posting some products on eBay with the eBay app (follow links to authenticate your eBay account). Find people that are not following you on Twitter, find people that you want to follow by keyword or by copying a users followers. Authenticate your linkedin account and start engaging your connections there. Use the online wallets & install the Wordpress payment gateway plugin on your site.
I understand that everyone wants the platform out of beta yesterday and I do also. We are close but still need some refinements and edits to release publicly. While in beta you can invite whoever you like using the "referralmail" link from main dashboard.
We are about a week out from being able to sell domains from GlobalBoo.st and you can see we have installed the domain search tool. This is an extensive project with a lot of custom coding. Fortunately we have the team for the job! Once we finish the domain controls similar to Godaddy we will then add hosting, SSL certificates, back orders, ect.
The eBay app took longer than I wanted to finish but it is working perfectly now! I will hold off on the Craigslist app for now as we try and bring the platform out of beta this summer. As I see it currently we need to finish these jobs:
1. Add follow and friend feature
2. Add chat feature
3. Develop mobile app
4. Add more content publishing areas (advertising space) to status pages
5. Enable paid featured content/posts
6. Update compliance of our Twitter Exchange
7. Update the Facebook app
8. Update referral banners
9. Add forum capability
As many of you know I own a couple of other companies including a model staffing & event production business. Once we bring things out of beta I have pretty girls on the ground worldwide to promote our GlobalBoost Platform. One year ago when looking to build the platform the estimates I was getting was around $100k. I can tell you a year later that the cost of the platform looks to be about $100k. I don't know if I will need to invest another $100k or not. Only time will tell. GlobalBoost is a long term project and I thank each and every one of you for taking part of it. Please let me know your thoughts.
All The Best,
