Yeah Nonce-Pool is working great.  They didn't gives us any details, we just followed the notice on there page.  The same notice is on all there pool pages.

Having good nodes is very important for the money to work well. For investors to donate a couple of dollars worth of miscellaneous crypto or paypal for good nodes is a smart move.
