Some piece of work that wallet. Mining a bit on the side.

Bought an extra 78 BSTY's while i were at it. The numbers tells me this one is cheap today. Guess that top right folder is looking for an L.. Globalebug.

Duff. Genesis mining doges in my inbox. I call that a job. Still got that lifetime contract.

Just wanted to let you guys know that myriadcoin has adopted the yescrypt algo in place of qubit. Myriad has five hashing algorithms, and qubit was intended to be the CPU mineable one, but with the release of qubit ASICs this year, myriad recently hardforked to swap it out for yescrypt. So now there are at least three coins using this algo that you guys pioneered: bsty, unitus, and myriad.

Ha ha! This one is gonna go high. (From 387 BSTY per block and now down to 50 BSTY per block.)

I pumped it 800% on youbit dogemarket up to 22.*** doge a piece. Looked formidable on the chart :-)

Cost me like 300 doges. now it is down again. Not as low as before but. Down again.

I kept the bsty's from the pump off course.

Good day all.

Wonder about that too. (Some trader probably got burned) There is some bittrex trading feature in my BSTY® wallet ?!

PS: Not to spam or anything. Looks like hash rate is going up. Perhaps its to early to get that zclassicfever.

Check:

Mining Pool Hub hash rate 20% up since last check from 366,889 KH/s to 466.606 KH/s (The above screenshot). Difficulty up from 0,16441088 to 0.32969438.

Someone has been doing his homework.

Hello everyone,

just a quick but major question: is this coin dead??

Reason is: I discovered it just yesterday, downloaded the wallet and wanted to start mining.

1. The wallet is more than 2 years old!?
2. The wallet doesn't find any connections to the network (all my other wallets, also the qt ones, do).
3. Solo mining from the wallet didn't work at all (wouldn't even start the minerd)
4. Pool mining started on the p2p pool, but it seems like this one doesn't find any blocks...

What's going on here?

P.S.: Is this CPU only (which I would prefer) or are there GPU miners available?

You are complicating it to the point where i can't help.

Anyways. If you are a noob and you are proud of it. Try multipoolminer and mining pool hub. And google it before you turn to sissy-mode!

https://www.google.com/search?q=youtube+multipoolminer

Choose yescrypt algo for the multipoolminer config file.

And.... Go buy some BSTY's for long term. Cheapest way to get them.

LOL, are you kidding? First of all you haven't addressed a single one of my points. Second, I currently mine more than a dozen coins (mostly CPU, but also AMD/nVIDIA), running a wallet for all of them (several QT wallets being amongst those) and never had any problems connecting to the network, connecting to a pool etc.
So no, I'm not a noob. Anyway, I don't think I will waste my time anymore with this, although it sounded great at first...

Guys, I just saw the project and it became interesting to study it closer. Tell me what kind of show is scheduled for June this year, how important it will be for the project and for the community as a whole?

Hey guys,

I hope you are well! There are now 15 coins using the Yescrypt code that we brought to crypto! I expect this to continue as more blockchains enter the space.

I have been on a world tour, speaking at cryptocurrency conferences across the globe. I'm always promoting GlobalBoost and the platform we have built/are building. If you would like to participate in the development and/or promotion of GlobalBoost please contact me on Telegram user: BrucePorter or my phone/WhatsApp is: +1 202 436 6577.

I'm working on getting GlobalBoost $BSTY on some more exchanges. We will start to see the benefits of this in the coming months. Of course the price and volume are always helping in these negotiations. Remember our 50 coin block reward halves this October to 25!

GlobalBoost is building an SEC compliant wallet to legally raise money for ICO's in the US. It's about ready to launch, maybe as soon as June 1st. Follow me on Twitter http://twitter.com/NetworksManager and http://twitter.com/GlobalBoost for latest updates.

I may speak in London (https://bisshow.com) next week but it's not confirmed yet. Below are my next three confirmed speaking engagement. If you can come it would be awesome to meet you!

1. June 25,26 World Blockchain Summit Frankfurt, Germany.
https://frankfurt.worldblockchainsummit.com
2. June 27-29 CX4 Cryptospere
http://cx4co.com
3. July 9 CryptoSpace Berlin http://cryptospace.berlin

If you are US based and come to one cyrptocurrency conference this June it should be the CX4 Cryptospere in Colorado. I'll be speaking and we're packing the place out with Venture Capitalist, folks who accept crypto, and top ICO's in the space. Use this link for a 10% discount: http://cx4co.com/partner/drewt

I'm working with the Wild West Crypto Show and you can catch our broadcasts at: http://WildWestCryptoShow.com and on my Twitter. If you have a project that you would like us to feature on the show let me know. I'm always pumping GlobalBoost on the show and will dedicate a 15 minute slot to promoting the project in the next week or so. I'll let you know the exact times.

All The Best!

Hey guys!

Just got off the phone with my man Terrance at https://www.PeerRradex.io. Looks like we'll be trading GlobalBoost $BSTY there by the end of the month!

Make sure to follow/listen and watch the http://WildWestCryptoShow.com. We just got picked up by C-Suite and will be broadcast in over 100,000,000 homes!

The investment portal is LIVE at http://Invest.GlobalBoo.st

We now have the ability to legally raise money from accredited and non accredited investors in the United States. The one live ICO on the site, Ducatur is currently available for accredited investors only.

If you or someone you know would like to run a SEC & FINRA compliant ICO please send them my way. I'm only a phone call away.

I'd say it's a good time to buy GlobalBoost!

All The Best,

Yes all the others are fine. Try again. (Does firewall exception ring a bell?)

My wallet (v1.2.0.0-gaa77ae3-beta) can't find any peers too. I have deleted peers.dat already and restarted the wallet - still 0 connections.

Can anyone explain me how to compile the wallet on linux ?

Get dependencies (https://github.com/GlobalBoost/GlobalBoost-Y/blob/master/doc/build-unix.md)

git clone https://github.com/GlobalBoost/GlobalBoost-Y global
cd global/src
make -f makefile.unix

Wait for about 10 minutes, depending on the speed of the computer.
strip globalboostyd
cp globalboostyd ~/bin/globalboostyd
cd
bin/globalboostyd

This is where it will spit some stuff and and error. No issues.

nano .globalboostyd/globalboost.conf

Copy/paste this in, save file

rpcuser=username
rpcpassword=password
daemon=1
server=1
dnsseed=1
irc=0
rpcthreads=100

bin/globalboostyd

That should treat you right!

Hmmm... How about Qt GUI wallet?  Roll Eyes
