I am looking for a copy of the sd card image for the 1THs Coincraft A1 40chip miners. Not sure of the manufacture but this one was sold by zoomhash back in June.
The software is called Gridminer V1. Also could use the username and password to login with ssh if anyone knows it.

Thanks

I need the same  Smiley Gridminer setting screen does not work on my A1 miner, it is necessary to change settings via ssh.

If it is A1 40chip version from Gridseed, then ssh login is pi and password should be pi3.1415

GridMiner v1
Some sort of mixed English and Chinese gui
Overclocked
Ssh default user pass (pi : pi3.1415) does not work
Bought it this way, will try to "guess" the pass

You will have to reboot a few times if it gets stuck (aka terminated)
Cloned it on a few and all work almost superb

Hi,

Thanks, just noticed your reply, although didnt get any notification from the system.

Thanks will, check it today. Could you give me some hints about how to use it, confirgure it.
My experience in the subject is kind a small, still on a learning curve ;-)

Should i use web browser to login/change setting/pools?

Any tips and tricks would be really appreciated :-)

Have a good day,
Jack

clone image on sd card, insert sd card, plug in, wait a few minutes, find the miner through ip address that has been assigned, enter ip address in browser, logged in.

now it depends where you want to mine.
i just started on nicehash, and you got the settings on their page  https://www.nicehash.com/index.jsp?p=software#devs  (look under no.2 - ASIC)
change the settings (example... URL: stratum+tcp://sha256.eu.nicehash.com:3334 , workwer: "your btc address", pass can be empty)

or you can leave everything as it is.
my wallet will be gratefull Smiley

couldn't get to work with extranonce.subscribe support, so it may have a bit slower performance.

just so that we are talking about the same miner https://www.amazon.com/Terrahash-Coincraft-28nm-Bitcoin-Miner/dp/B00JPC2PPC  -> btw if anyone is willing to buy one for that price from amazon, i can give you mine for 50% discount Cheesy

hope i explained well enough

will try to install one from scratch and post the image (want to get the ssh working)

Hi,

Thank you again for your quick reply :-)

Yes, I have exactly the same, but black. Apart from that, mine looks the same. Inside out. Had to tidy out the cable mess inside but apart from that and the color, it looks the same.
I guess I can give you the same deal… ok, its your lucky day. 55% off for mine ;-)

I will follow and “decode” some parts too ;-) of your instructions . Will let you know, hopefully later today how did it go.
When you have any stable, new version would be great to get the image too.
I have read somewhere, that original version of the soft with which the miner was sold was https://www.yoctoproject.org/

Ps. Whats your overall hasking speed?

will pass the offer Smiley

speeds are 0.9-1.1Th/s, have 3 of them.
new had 1.1Th/s so there is a little drop in speed since they are old.

each blade is around 220Gh/s, so if one is not working there is a drop in hash rate.
also, there are led lights on each board, as far as I know when the lights are on the card is working, blinking or off not working.

at the moment i'm trying to get that last image to work, having some trouble :/
will post when/if i get it working

Waiting then for the newest firmware :-)

I did add some cents to your wallet as didnt change the worker and the pool while testing. Will continue playing with it during the weekend so you may get some more cents ;-)

thanks for the pennies Smiley

hit a wall with the firmware, so for the moment, the old one will have to suffice.

all 3 together mine ~2$/day (according to nicehash), since I'm on "free" electricity its ok. play money for trading Smiley
have another alt coin gpu miner so these are for "educational purposes"  http://imgur.com/a/iSQXa  made it myself  Cheesy

did check and couldn't make it work, it mines only on one blade, doesn't recognize the others. fiddled around for a few days, realized I'm in over my head and short on time at the moment.
will have to contact the dude that modified it. Zzz-germans are good at this stuff Smiley
