must be:
7Pay.in -> [ZhKU Moskvy] [3170052712] [RUB]

in MultiBit all good work

and UTF-8 codes not work propertly

in MuliBit that URI label transform to:

but in bitcoin-qt - not converted


and all UTF-8 and russian chars not converted

please use urllib convert
