Why that URI not converted ??
bitcoin:...?amount=0.31842495&label=7Pay.in+-%3E+%5BZhKU+Moskvy%5D+%5B3170052712%5D+%5BRUB%5D

must be:
7Pay.in -> [ZhKU Moskvy] [3170052712] [RUB]

in MultiBit all good work

and UTF-8 codes not work propertly

What is a browser you use? it works fine in chrome

URI is:

browser - chrome

in MuliBit that URI label transform to:
"7Pay.in -> [ZhKU Moskvy] [2321457502] [RUB]"

but in bitcoin-qt - not converted Sad


and all UTF-8 and russian chars not converted

please use urllib convert
