Why should I not cancel my order now...
Because you may be able to sell your place in line. ... Yeah. Perhaps. Regardless, their commitment was delivery in 4 to 6 weeks from confirmed order or your money back. At 6 weeks + one day I start the refund process. I trust their competition to get the performance ramped up on their new device more than I trust BFL to deliver their already fully functional device. Sad, really, since the BFL hardware and specs look nice. However, honesty/integrity does count. For an example of BFL honesty, go to this page: http://www.butterflylabs.com/drivers/and download one of the 'currently available drivers' one through four. They are claiming capabilities they are not delivering. |

Just got this from BFL: Hi David,
Your order was 4/20 is just at 60 days, but I understand your ants. There has been a lot of product shipped so far this month, but when one person orders more than 50 units, the rest of you don't see the bulk of the shipment.
We are shipping April orders now. A new crop of boards arrives tomorrow.
Jody (Emphasis mine) Apparently there was one massive order that isn't on our books and wiped out our chances to get anything in a timely manner. I'd still *love* to know who's ordering $30,000+ worth of singles though. |

Just got this from BFL: Hi David,

Not a single unit of a single order has ever shipped in less than 6 weeks. The delay was getting shorter back that looks to have stagnated now. The most recent orders are going on 80 days. |

I guess the BFL giant overslept a little, but now he woke up and sent me 8 tracking numbers for my order. And the chorus sings "Hallelujah" in unison hehe. Can't see anything yet on them since they are still new on the system, but I guess I should have my singles by week's end. I guess lots more will be getting shipped the next few days. |
