MonetaryUnit has upgraded the wallet to a new mandatory version - https://github.com/muecoin/MUE/releases/tag/v2.3.0
In this upgrade the new supply per block is reduced by 75% & total supply reduced by 91%.
With fresh energy we will bring you a new usecase with access to consumer products, to be expected in the first half of 2022.

YieldFields
Over the last two months we have seen more users coming to YieldFields.
The marketing actions we do on this part will continue, bringing in more quality users & more exposure to our platforms.
We also keep adding new projects, new projects / new coins / new tokens, bringing new farmers to our fertile fields.

So what's new you might ask?
In the near future we will bring you the first sweetening pool on yieldfields, details coming soon.

Additionally, emission of FIELD has been reduced.
Introducing the FIELD burning pool; 10% of all new FIELD will no longer join circulation but instead will be burned forever.
With a 60 day interval there will be further reductions to follow with our goal of a burn rate of 87.5% scheduled to occur gradually over 2 years*.
Leaving 1.25 FIELD per block distributed

Wrapping Services
For wrapping.services we will bring you a new website design that gives a better overview of the services currently available and also what is planned for the future.
This platform is live & serving existing customers, and we are focussed on bringing in new customers to benefit from this platform.
We are looking at additional features such as a service to offer small amounts of BNB (on BSC chain) for people to get started in DeFi and they can obtain by paying in their own token/blockchain coin.

Our main objectives are grow MUE & FIELD, grow YieldFields/Wrapping.Services and we hope you will support us to make these objectives happen

Maybe offering MUE to some influencer in exchange for pumping the price might work. When a crap coin like SHIB can have 15B market cap, why couldn't a much better project have 15M?
Anyway there has been heavy trading on Bittrex in last 12h with the price reaching 0.0000001 (montly ATH). Is it just noise or can we expect some interesting announcement soon?

Yeah I noticed - nice to see of course.
Might be related to the daily emission reduction kicking in a bit & the Flub It relaunch influencing someone to take a position?  Really not sure.

It has been 9 years since we first launched our first crypto project MonetaryUnit.
In that time we have always done our best to be open and honest, which is why our team has such a great reputation amongst our peers in this space.

In continuing in that theme, we wanted to make you aware, before any other public announcements are made, that the team have made the decision, that for the best interests of the community and our projects, we are going to actively look for a new team to purchase and takeover all of our platforms and assets.

What this means to you?
Nothing will change in the short term, however, once we have identified the right buyer, there will be a transitional period of approximately 3-6 months during which time you will see new names/face appearing as part of the team.
This will of course eventually mean after this transitional period, the current team as you know them, will no longer be involved, and you will be dealing with the new team.
We will provide full support to the new team & community during the transitional period, ensuring all needs and support will be provided.

What are we selling?
The MonetaryUnit (MUE) brand, domains and associated platforms and websites such as MonetaryUnit.com, org, myMUE.com, faucet and wallet sites, social media accounts and logins etc

Why are we doing this?
9 years is a long time! and what a journey it has been, with ups and downs and all the associated dramas of crypto.
We've endured forks, scammers, hacks and reorgs, but have always kept trying to do the right thing by our users and for the wider crypto community.
The team have made the joint decision, it is time to look for the next new challenge, hopefully as a team if we find the right project.
