The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

No problem! BitWrk is currently open for testing, both buying and selling, without connection to the Bitcoin system (i.e., for free). There are always a couple of sellers available, and I encourage everybody to use them for rendering. You might want to gain some experience for the next test.

With regard to GPU rendering, I have no experience with that yet. Please try, the potential is huge!

I've PMd indyjo and he's told me he's performing errands relative to the business side of the project. Good luck with that!

In case anybody wants to test the client side of it, I've put my computer accepting "jobs". I dunno if what we did the other sunday can be replicated. If you want to try "buying" power, surely my computer will be there to do it this Saturday-Sunday period. Instrutions on how to buy computing power are clear in the github site.

I myself am debugging functioning of python in a mixed installation: Cygwin's python 3 calling Windows 64 native blender software.

Yup, I myself could try requesting and providing computing power on the same machine or something like that, I might try! But it's always good to involve others.

Cheers,
S.
