This sounds way too expensive to me.
Collection should not make so much of a difference.
I normally use Siwss Post. I think they subcontract international shipments with TNT.

Additional information that should also be read together with OP:You can still organise the pickup and shipment but if you want me to do it, it will work as follows.
Shipment with Swisspost and the price will be calculated as follows:
(Swisspost price CHF / BitPay exchange rate CHF ) x 1.1 (for subsequent exchange to CHF, etc) an example would be:
1. Shipment as Urgent Good within EU (2 - 6 working days depending on EU country)
( 300 CHF / 445.2376 ) x 1.1 = 0.7412 BTC each
2. Shipment as Urgent Good to USA (2 - 3 working days)
( 366 CHF / 445.2376 ) x 1.1 = 0.9042 BTC each
Conditions:Payment will be make in advance.
