why my rewards are now cut in half?

running a 60 gh/s miner and all of a sudden my reward is halfed since 9-11 can anyone tell me whats up .. my miner is still running at full speed and I haven't touched the computer really so just wondering is anyone else haveing the same prob?

just reset my miner def the problem  but dont know whats wrong still its only hitting 20 to 30 gh/s  

edit2: fixed it BFGminer had a 4.8 update, now updated

Maybe some component or asic chips burnt. Try leaving it off for a few days, and then turning it back on again.

You do not mention what pool you are mining on, but if it is slush (and this applies to other pools) then in the last 2 days the pool's hashing rate jumped from 6 Petas to 9 Petas, meaning the rewards are shared by more hashing power. Ofcoure, the lower your hashing power the higher likelyhood that your rewards will be reduced by a factor greater than the increase in the pool's hash-rate. The bad news is that the flip-side of that last statement does not translate congruently, again, due to your hash-rate.

Yeah that is my guess and I am wondering if it has the stock big assed power brick to run it.  My guess is the power brick is failing.
