2. The dump in the beginning was an unexpected thing. The chat says he sold some at 450, that was way past the dump. He's still holding a lot of the premine looking at the numbers. The dev isn't on some payroll by a pumper, it's his ideas and work. So I don't have any problem with him cashing out a bit for bounties and minor profits.
The dump started at about 800 satoshi, and ended at about 500 satoshi. so the dev selling at 450 means that the dump scared him into thinking he may not get payed for his "work"
