I honestly believe bulanula has absolutely no intention of paying. I have most recently asked for only the 22.5 BTC and for him to contact me via PM to take care of it and verify with Maged or lzsaver that he has paid. He is now falsely accusing me of wanting more, and I believe you are all doing the Bitcoin community a disservice by entertaining him.
There is a history of PMs with him showing I was very patient and working to help him restore his BTC-E account and facilitate the compensation. Worse yet, he was one of the individuals I helped bail out with the A1BITCOINPOOL debt, which makes me regret ever trying to be kind to the community. I'm not in this for profit, I'm in this to make Bitcoin look better and more legitimate. Unfortunately, individuals like bulanula work against such efforts.
I will merely continue to ascertain/verify what I believe is his identity in order to pursue eventual legal action when the time is appropriate and I can legally do so. He can continue to keep the scammer tag, and if he wants to resolve this he can do so via PM with myself, Maged, and lzsaver. You guys can stop PMing me with updates on what bulanula is saying in this thread now. I consider this issue closed even if the thread is not. Thanks for your time.
Just to make Bulanula shut up, can you post a repayment address here? Yeah. The thing I find disturbing the most is that you want to avoid public scrutiny and instead you want to do this behind closed doors Anyone can delete PMs without any trace at all. You post address in PM then delete it and say "bulanula has not paid" and I am scammed and tagged too. I want this publicly so everyone can see I have paid up. Otherwise no wonder I don't agree to paying you anything, Raize. I think you are trying to scam me, honestly. Scamming a scammer does not make it OK, just so you know. Yes, the admins could tell, or even you or others that download the forum. Although, it is a large forum now.

Yeah. Heard about downloading the Internet but never about downloading the forum ... If anyone can download the PMs then they are not "private" anymore, right ? Still I think publicly is the way to do this and any other way is doubtful at best.

Is Raize going publicly post the payment address here or not? It should be done publicly, but he hasn't post the address yet. For Bulanula to send bitcoins to.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=75207.0 Dump of posts. Doesn't include PMs or restricted forums. Private messages are private. Anyone can delete PMs without any trace at all. You post address in PM then delete it and say "bulanula has not paid" and I am scammed and tagged too. Not true, once they send you a PM they cannot delete them from your account. Report to admin is also enabled in PMs so you can easily have it verified.

very true, do it publicly
I want this publicly so everyone can see I have paid up
Well several others above agrees with publicly, as publicly is properly better so everyone knows it happens. Though Raize seems to refuse to post it publicly I even asked him to post it here for everyone to see, he basically said no.

Yes we can download the encrypted database, but only the actual administrators can decrypt it, we have access just in case all other backups fail then there will something to recover from at least. Well several others above agrees with publicly, as publicly is properly better so everyone knows it happens.
I don't really care what random people posting in the thread think. My opinion doesn't matter either, I'm just pointing out that his excuse for avoiding communication via pms is false.

Seems that Raize refuses to deal with this publicly for some reason ( says I am playing "games" ). I will deal in private then Will Raize confirm here for the community to see or not ? I have to ask him that. It seems he is the one playing "silly games" as he says because I don't see the hassle in him posting an address for everyone to be able to check I have paid / not paid.

Bulanula has paid neither of them and is therefore the only one playing games from my view.
|
Companies claiming they got hacked and lost your coins sounds like fraud so perfect it could be called fashionable. I never believe them. If I ever experience the misfortune of a real intrusion, I declare I have been honest about the way I have managed the keys in Casascius Coins. I maintain no ability to recover or reproduce the keys, not even under limitless duress or total intrusion. Remember that trusting strangers with your coins without any recourse is, as a matter of principle, not a best practice. Don't keep coins online. Use paper or hardware wallets instead.

I would note a local story here has just gone through the courts.
Someone was set up with a 10 million dollar overdraft instead of 100 thousand. They skipped the country and went to China.
The guy's girlfriend has been convicted of 30 different charges (30 for 30) and she didn't even have the funds directly available to her.
While the argument from the OP would be it was bank screw-up, the international police hunt didn't side with that side of the story, and neither did the formal justice system.

LOL, It figures, considering the story, they convicted the 'fall guy' er girl, and the culprit is sitting pretty in China. Plus Overdraft is a form of credit, people are allowed to default on their credit cards and file bankruptcy if no malice was intended with the transactions. I fault the system for giving him the 10 Million Dollar overdraft without some due diligence being done on part of the bank. And you have to really feel sorry for the Girl Friend. She has now been dumped in a spectacular way. I'm surprised the jury convicted her if she never had the money. Seems like she is a victim that has now been victimized twice.
