Hey Bazinga, odd this has happened. Chat should work fine for you now. You have also not provided the extensive view of chat and shown only one message from that player. I have seen the log and have found that it was a heated debate unfortunately between 2 players.Resolved now

I didn't know they had that rule, I usually send 0.005 on any gambling platform so I didn't care if they had a minimum deposit. Though, from experience from other places that have minimum deposit, usually if you do deposit lower than that amount, your deposit will be somewhat forfeited and you will not see the balance on your account. Let's see what fastbet has to say about it.

After 2 hours of the address being provided to you, it will be un-registered and any Bitcoin sent to it will be unable to register as a payment to your account. This is due to our current payment provider we have managing payments. Please email me your FastBets username to daniel@fastbets.io aswell tx info of the deposit you made, and i'll look into the transaction asap.

We have set a minimum of 1.5mbtc/1500bits due to the way our payment provider handles our payments. For every deposit you make of 1.5mbtc or higher, an additional tx fee is taken for managing it of 50k satoshi+. This does not affect your deposit amount, which you'll receive every bit you originally sent but a way for us to manage 10's of 1000's of addresses automatically.

0.005 deposit in every platform that you played, I think that is more than enough because mostly sites set 0.001 as their minimal deposit mean while here they put around 0.0015 which is never affect you as I know. But usually peoplr are not dumb enough to send lower than their minimal amount so this is not really big problem

You'd be surprised at how much people assume that their isn't a minimum. I lost 1.4 mBTC once depositing to Fairlay back when their minimum deposit was 5 mBTC. It's quite easy to forget.

So you are saying that you are dumb? (joke). I mean why you send that low amount just to try some site? Because the first time I gambled I always try for 0.01 btc although you can't afford to lose them, you can bet small on their site and left the rest to be withdrawn so you did not lose that minimal amount
