do you understand what your asking for? that is too much work for each exchange to go back and spend hrs figuring out who and which account had what.  who and which account got the new mined coins.

best option is to roll back and hard fork it. give us the new wallet to download. so we can bring the network online. few people migh loose their coins but its better then all the people loosing their coin.

All,

It has been over 2 months since we were asked to pause the market and wallets.  I cannot keep either running any longer... Unfortunately, the blockchain is completely broken right now and no one can retrieve their coins.  I will be removing the wallet in 2 weeks (8/15).  If the wallet is not working by then, there is nothing we at the exchange can do.

it's now been 3 months, and we've waited 2 weeks past the date I announced earlier. Unfortunately all these coins will be lost because we have no way to get them back to people.  This is our last request to get a plan, else we will be removing the wallets.

Backup wallet.dat, deleted the block chain data directory except wallet.dat, and synchronize from the beginning.

    Explain of what happened to BIGCoin network and discuss of solution:
    I have lost about 0.15 million US dollars on altcoin market just before May this year, that is nearly all I have, which makes me crazy. When I am in the crazy condition, I found there is a bug in BIGCoin protocol, by utilizing it, miners can get much more than the developer think they should get. I tried to utilize this bug locally after a short test on the main net of BIGCoin, and generated about 249 million HUGE in about 3 days, just because I can, and seeing so much "wealth" in my local system makes me feeling better.
    The mining is done locally while keeping the connection to the Internet, just after remove the "addnode=" lines in .conf file. This seems no problem at all for a long time.
    But to my great surprise, the generated block chain got broadcasted due to suddenly connection to the BIGCoin network after 3 days of mining!!!!!! I don't know why, but the broadcast just happened. I am very sorry for this, this is not my purpose.
    After that accident broadcast, the developer stopped all market of BIGCoin, and claim to roll back the block chain, so the accident seems not a disaster event. Tell what happened exactly then before a repair of the protocol may lead others to utilize the bug in the protocol, and make things much more complicated, so I kept silence and tried to message the developer of BIGCoin (hardforkcoin). Most of the over mined HUGE is kept at address as it mined out, except about 3 million is send to the developer (hardforkcoin, address BZuh2LnvFazZUoGPK6ogfVpssQhwfUhqkU) in order to try to get a response from him.
    But no reply from the developer even after I asked for develop this coin together, and no new wallet and rollback till now...
    Now I am very willing to destroy the over-mined 246 million HUGE I have, minus the 3 million, by sending it to an all zeros address, when I find how to generate a valid all zeros address for BIGCoin, or when somebody give me one.
    Finally bittrex.com should give all HUGE to us when the network working, I also still have a large amount on bittrex.com. Most is bought by BTC, others is mined before I found the bug.
    Anybody have ideas about the solution? Example: I can pay some BTC to bittrex.com to let them kept the account balance of HUGE a little longer. This is the deserved punishment for my crazy state in May.

I don't think that making a new account to report a bug means get bad influence, it can be used to make the code of the coin stronger.
