Since January 2014 a team of global developers have been carefully and quietly developing NuBits, a fork of Peercoin and Peershares.

NuBits completely solves the volatility problem cryptocurrencies have experienced.

It does so with zero counterparty risk using a decentralized network.

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

You hailed this coin as one that no one would have to worry about stability, but never explained why.

Care to let us more about that, and what about concerns about centralization?

Here is the link to my trust settings here on forum. This trust system is very unfair. I make good on every deal Ive ever made. I had many, many deals as you can see and I never scammed anyone. All it takes is a random account to give you negative trust and youre screwed. Tomatocage has never even talked to me ever but when the random acct hit me with negative trust, Tomatocage came right behind him and marked neg trust again so obviously he was the one who did it. You can look at Tomatocage trust and see how many of his compeditors at the currency exchange thread he labeled scammers. I never scammed anyone. My trust was green over 20 before this. I hope it never happens to you because the mods cant help you.

I don't really think you'll get an explanation as to how their "platform" can take supply and demand out of the economics equation without doing that whole "currency is backed by X amount of Y resource" song and dance where they vaguely hint at or blatantly lie about large financial backing.

Will this not destroy BTC and other volatil coins? Why would merchant now accept BTC if he can be sure his money wont lose value and at the same time with all the benefits of crypto... I dont know what to think about it... Rich stay rich, poor stay poor  Sad

Looks like helping to conserve current unfortunate status quo.
