couldn't find their Instagram...
http://instagram.com/krypto_kitThe post was: http://instagram.com/p/ts_ibmsHwT/?modal=truewith the clue: #dmitri #loves #to ... and #bitcoin #decentral (In other words, dmitri loves to <blank> and bitcoin decentral) The gif linked to from their facebook and reddit accounts mentions alpaca socks, originally mentioned in the "What is Bitcoin" video, here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Um63OQz3bjoWhich relates to the August 9th (9 Youtube 7) video on an account called "What is Bitcoin", about RushWallet first being released: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=onsou3I-V8EAll this said, I STILL don't know what #13 was. Edit: And, btw, this doesn't seem to pull up the same brainwallet. Am I typing it incorrectly?: https://rushwallet.com/#Today i bought purple alpaca socks and sandals with bitco1n Edit 2: Given that MDExMTAxMDEgMDExMTAwMTEgMDExMDAxMDEg isn't in a regular bitcoin address format, it would seem to be the clue...

The twitter post actually posts a link to this thread, lol, so get ready for more people here. It also gives a clue, with each letter of the word "are" enclosed in a circle. i.e. ⓐⓡⓔ https://twitter.com/KryptoKit/status/518128581973508096Potentially a reference to the Bitcoin symbol being "enclosed in a circle" on the coins throughout the video?

It could be a keyboard transposition cipher of some kind, given that there is the noisy keyboard storyline in the video. I did some elementary frequency analysis on the characters used, but couldn't find a Caesar shift amount using ASCII that lined it up. It must be a more random substitution cipher of some sort, or a slightly reduced ASCII character set for the shift. I'm just about fed up with this whole contest, lol. I've gotten close but haven't won ANY of them! ![Angry](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/angry.gif)

This one does that: http://www.characterfrequencyanalyzer.com/english/Usually, the spaces would be the most frequent character, but it doesn't seem like it should start out with a space (9). Anyway, they might have removed the spaces, or it's a more complex type of encryption.

I do wonder such things like Base64decode being able to help out in here at all as they used in one of the last clues:
