Hi everyone
I'm leaving TechCoin after almost 3 years.
I've written a lot here in this forum since 2014. I fought a lot, buying and selling to prevent delisting from Bittrex. If you see my posts on Bitcointalk, Twitter and Slack, you will realize that I fought a lot.
I gave a lot of opinion about the site and asked for updates and news.
I registered the official domain of TECH (Expiration Date:22-Sep-2017) because it is this address that appears in the few references to the site, including the Wallet. So we could not be without. If you want, Chris, I can transfer with zero costs to you.
I did everything I could to include TECH at TradeSatoshi. Not because it is a good exchange (so far I have nothing against it) but because we needed an alternative to YoBit, as it always seems to be in the eminence of a closing due to the amount of complaints against the exchange. But since TechCoin is at TradeSatoshi, I'm alone buying and selling.
I helped financially that TECH had its blockexplorer again in CryptoID.
For many months I did Wallet installation and recovery tests. I had a lot of trouble because I do not understand anything of this procedures. I still try to leave the wallet open to help the network.
I even created a blockexplorer for TECH but, for lack of technical help, I took it out of the air. I spent about $ 40 (I paid a friend to install and Amazon server payments).
That pump that happened at Yobit, even though it was totally artificial, made me recover all the financial investment in TECH. I sold many coins but bought again almost the same amount. I still have almost 20,000 coins.
The coins I still own will go on sale at YoBit. The few that I have in TradeSatoshi will transfer to YoBit and also go on sale.
I have investment in several currencies. But in TECH's case, it was not just about money. I've commented on other occasions, I sympathized with the currency and how things worked out in 2014. Wallet at RaspberryPI caught my attention because I had just heard about RasPI for the first time.
In this struggle of trying to help organize the house, I learned some things that will stay for my life.
My time is too scarce to keep fighting alone.
Again, I'm ask sorry for my bad writing in English.
I wish you luck, guys.
Thank you
José Luiz

I fully understand, also having helped Tech Coin (TECH) since 2014 & spending 1000's of hours doing everything to build it into something. Just tough without a strong community & 10,000's of altcoins over the last few years didn't make it an easier, as most move with new developments. I am only a BBcoder , tried to help with many other things for TECH & just as you say it is not easy to be few in an altcoin world of many. Takes a lot to keep a stable altcoin, without an ICO or huge premine & funds to build with. The altcoin world, just like many things in the marketing world, has become very tough & what was once easy to get listed on outsourced sites or keep everything running without lots of funds has changed over the years. I have helped with block explorer funds many times, as has cecilbdemented & a few others over the years. Even looked into building one, but also lack of enough experience to get one up & running @ the time to save TECH a little overhead budget. Although 3 party block explorers are more trusted, as TECH did have a simple abe block explorer in the start & then better 3 party ones started to be built. Also having learned many things along the way of TECH, which I didn't know from the start & will always be remembered. The software world is fast paced & changes so often, but open sourced creates many lessons. The Internet has changed many things around the world, like the winds of time & ways of the old to new. I see so much potential in what can be built here (these applications in general), but also know that it takes much time or & money to build anything. I gave my time & btc to also help from what happen in 2014, but also because of the name TECH. Watching the 10,000+ altcoins with random names start, tech seemed right at the time & not fully understanding then the universal rules on names or being able to research enough. Who knows what will come of TECH, maybe someday it will be build upon again & or maybe it will get left with the 10,000 other altcoins. I would love to see it get more development, but am not able to do anything other than BBcode & don't have lots of btc to help it right now. Will just continue doing what ever I can, if the time for hardware ever comes into play & or support needed. I will help, but also see that without community or development it will be quite slow years.

On: https://poswallet.com/index.phpDelisting Coins Update Please withdraw coins that are being delisted - next set are on 6/15 and 6/17. POSWallet 2.0: Post 2 Posted by admin 12:42 am Now that we touched on where we think the big players are heading this year, let's take a minute and focus on some of our goals for POSW. We are taking a multi-faceted approach with the main goal being: make POSW useful outside the ecosystem of poswallet.com. In the third installment of this series, we will discuss more on why the previous system was inherently flawed. The most important driver of cryptocurrencies is ease-of-use - if someone has a choice between two completely equal coins (A and B, for example), they will most likely choose the coin that is most accessible or easiest to use. To this end, we have partnered with Ledger to include POSW on their Ledger wallet (we are continuing the bonus 500 POSW for everyone who buys a Ledger wallet in the ICO) - users will be able to transact with POSW, as well as BTC, ETH, and others, quickly and easily. There are 500 of these wallets available, each customized with the POSW logo inscribed on the actual USB wallet. Secondly (and just as important as ease-of-use), is having a market or economy where the coin can be spent. We could make POSW the easiest coin to use and store; however, if there is nothing to buy/sell/trade, there is no real-world use in keeping the coin long term. This is part of the multi-prong approach we are taking - work with ecommerce sites online to accept POSW for their goods and services (fueled by the inclusion of POSW in CoinPayments). We are starting with websites related to cryptocurrency, as they are the most likely to adopt, and will continue to branch out to other industries as our network grows. POSWallet.com members are encouraged to let us know if they have an online store, as we would love to work with you above anyone else! Finally, we think it is important to offer users a way to be part of something bigger - combining many to make one to use an adage. We have a few ideas on this front - some we have already discussed - with the short-term implementation being related to masternode pools. We have been working on this for a few months, with a focus on developing a user experience that is both stable and transactional - a somewhat difficult balance when the fixed requirements of a masternode are included in the equation. We have also mentioned partnering with a non-profit in a two-fold effort: to reach out to folks that would not necessarily ever interact with cryptocurrencies and to give back to the community. We are currently in discussion with multiple non-profits and will update the community once we have more details here. As a reminder, please continue to withdraw coins that are being delisted. We are processing withdrawals on some coins manually - if a withdrawal is submitted before delisting, it will be processed.

TECH was never listed on POSWallet.com, only in voting process & now they don't except new coins or have a voting process any longer.

I would not recommend anyone buying TECH right now, the main wallet moving the network is just forking over & over? The network staking weight @ only 156 which is the lowest it has ever been (3+ years) & surely a sign of going defunct if not fixed soon. I am not sure what to say for you not understanding (wish I could help you), Google or BING & learn like everyone else does. Telling people to buy when you don't understand, really not recommended & or a bad idea. I have watched these applications for a long time, still don't understand fully myself & am not able to resolve anything alone (PoS can only be resolved by multiple users staking online). Other than the fact that these applications are as stated "experimental", bitcoin has advanced in many other simple formats (still not understandable by most) & really user simplified 3rd party layers. There are over 5000+ altcoins now, but most have random access names

TECH chain has stalled over the last week, check your clients & make sure you are synchronized + staking The input of the blocks staking could use a few staking node self sends + setting a higher transaction fee per kb to GIT the chain back to normal // Settings drop down menu > Options > Display Tab > Enable Coin Control Features > Custom Change Address > Self Send Inputs (DO NOT redline the chain with to many Bytes) > enter your address in both "Custom Change Address" & "Pay To" > enter half of the total amount of inputs to manual split block function Staking Addresses Rank Address Last 100 Last 1000 1 TKsCScQt... I'm sorry, but I don't understand what that means. Like I've always told you, I do not understand any of this.

Are you getting connections to the network but the wallet is not syncing? If so, you have forked onto your own chain. The way to resolve is to close the wallet, delete everything in the Techcoin folder except wallet.dat (very important! back this file up) and techcoin.conf. Then reopen the wallet and sync from scratch, it will catch up.

// Just like Ethereum network, PoS uses the fees (like gas spending & gas limit stats of Ethereum) to move the network & if most user don't pay a transaction fee above the bare minimum (in theory). The chain will start to get stuck & or fork for some, will try to continue to cover the networks transaction fees & hope in the future the rest of the TECH users decide to change their Options "Pay transactions fee" of 0.01 for those who are staking or sending large amounts of TECH | Block Chain PoS Extraction Overview ______________________________________________ Staking Addresses Rank Address Last 100 Last 1000 1 TKsCScQt... I have 5 RasperryPi and I want to put Tech nodes to run on them. Do you have tutorials on how to install Linux + Wallet for this?
