OS only: 50 MB out of 484 TechCoin Qt client running and staking: 109 MB out of 484 Techcoind daemon only: 103 MB out of 484 It's a great start for the first TECH hardware wallet (decent specs for staking), seeing all the new coins just launching now with hardware this & hardware that (talking about the idea for far to long & had to get something out there) Not really a shock though, technology is the fastest growing innovation & if we talk to much about ideas (someone else is bound to try them) So we will have to start showing development every week, show the bitcointalk community that we are trying really hard gain over the still being release coins with fake promises If we waited for the ideal hardware wallet (still in development), would have been months behind the multiple coins jumping all over IoT devices...

TechCoin Roadmap for 2015
Happy TECH Tuesday, everybody! Today we are announcing our plans moving forward into 2015. This list is not necessarily exhaustive, but is intended more to give the community an idea of what we have in store in 2015. - Webkit wallet integration, replacing current in-wallet block explorer with official cryptoID block explorer
This release will come before the end of 2014, and will be the basis of most new features moving forward. When features are web based, they can be accessed directly in the wallet for convenience, or in a standard web browser when access to the wallet is unavailable. This initial release will be in Windows binary only, because websites don't render well in the Mac wallet under the current design, which leads into the next step... Not only is the current wallet design not the best for viewing webpages, it also doesn't leave a lot of room for adding additional features. The first wallet released in 2015 will be a complete overhaul, with an easy to use, expandable interface for adding many features in the future, with an improved window for easily viewing web-based content, both on Windows and Mac. Think of it as a web browser in your wallet. This will be TechCoin v2.0. Once the new wallet design is introduced, we're going to really start rolling out the new features. First and foremost, Slack in-wallet chat. Slack is the main way that the devs communicate with each other, and we have a public channel setup where the community can come and chat (or leave messages) with the entire dev team. https://techcoincommunity.slack.com/messages/tech-community-chat/ The Stake2Win entry page, bitcointalk forum, social media, games, etc. Any webpage can be in the wallet, so the possibilities are endless, and we love suggestions from the community! - TechCoin-branded hardware and products
We've already introduced our first TECH-branded hardware wallet, the Raspberry Pi, but that is just the first. We will continue to watch for the latest hardware products to hit the market and design innovative new products and ways to stake your coins and carry your wallet with you. We're looking at establishing a dedicated, online store for our TechCoin products. Not just our hardware products, but also t-shirts, bumper stickers, mugs, hats, or whatever you want! You tell us and we'll make it! This will be a legit online store, not some shady operation, and yes, it will be available in the wallet. We hope to be able to accept payments via credit card, BTC, TECH, or any combination of the three. That's the plan for now TECHies! Have any thoughts, questions, comments? Feel free to hit us up here, Slack, Twitter, Reddit, or Facebook! Let's make 2015 the year of TECH!
