Yes, you can start by learning English first.

I think he is trying to tell us how to start as in, how to download the wallet and how to obtain Bitcoin and what not.

1) To obtain the wallet, go to bitcoin.org and download the wallet
2) To obtain Bitcoin, go to an exchange or LocalBitcoin and buy it, it's pretty much the only way

You need to tell us your local language.

Just let it sink down. No need to drag this into the light any longer. OP had his/her 10 minutes and is gone now.

He's obviously new to bitcoin and asking for some help. I think right now bitcoin is still too confusing for regular people, it needs to become easier, somebody needs to make very easy software to use with bitcoin

You can start by doing bitcoin faucets to get a feel how bitcoin work.
Then either you can buy bitcoin or do signature offers to get btc.
