Most people use bitcoins as a savings account. Since that's all they can legitimately do with them.
They also use it to make money transfers over seas. A few I imagine use it to launder money. You can also buy pot with it.

(I am a 1MB block supporter who thinks all users should be using Full-Node clients)
Avoid the XT shills, they only want to destroy bitcoin, their hubris and greed will destroy us.

Mostly digital goods, servers - for example.
Sometimes I transfer them to Litecoins, or USD. And vice-versa. I like making a profit on that.

I've bought a couple games off jjgames.com

I'm always looking for stuff to spend BTC on, but I just haven't come across to much stuff that I really want to spend it on.

I've bought Amazon gift cards, EVE Online ISK & PLEXs, Second Life lindens, raffle tickets, VPS servers, VPNs, domain names, graphics cards, US dollars, Euros, various types of food (from friends)...

Bitcoin is very usable from my experiences.

So far just investing into companies on GLBSE, waiting for Bitcoin to take off a bit more. Lots of interesting stuff ahead for merchants.

For now, I'm investing all the BTC I'm not just keeping in a wallet somewhere. For the time being, buying things with BTC is usually pretty rough, so I'll happily just keep hoarding and investing them until the market grows.

I mostly spend my BTC in advertisements to my websites. I save most of my coins for future use though (read: I don't spend because I don't have Smiley )
