Its a cautious market. There seems to be more people waiting to buy in $4.x than people willing to buy over $5.0. The market is lopsided, and the selling pressure is ever-weakening. As soon as they realize its going higher, there will be a stampede of risk-avoiders and trend-followers all trying to get in after $5.5, lest they miss the train at the very last minute.
