This thread has been created to announce this coin aswell as open up the IPO.

If this IPO is sold out the coin will have these features :

-Denomination : PLANK

-Total coins : 50 million total

-Premine : 500k (1%)

-Algoritm vote : chacha, x11,x13,x15

-Super fast transactions





250.000 PLANK coins (0.5%) will be available through the crowdfunding campaign (get 25 PLANK coins with the purchase of 1 plank worth 10 dollar)

250.000 PLANK coins (0.5%) will be available through IPO and will be distributed after the campaign has ended (get a real plank with the purchase of 30 PLANK coins)

No rights and/or guarantees are given to IPO buyers regarding exchange performance, price or any other variable in the open market.


If PLANK coins get left over from the 0.5% of the indiegogo side of this project on November 24th, they will also go on sale through IPO.




This campaign started on September 25 and will close on November 24, 2014 (11:59pm PT).Please not that the coin is not yet released on November 24, and that there has to be at least 10000 dollar in plank sales or through IPO to delevop the crypto currency.


If you want to get an IPO share please mail me at plankwithaface@outlook.com and provide a name and i will give you a BTC adress and put you in the ledger. All ammounts and names will be disclosed for the sake of transparancy so use a nickname if you don`t want your real name published.


-1 PLANK coin equals 0.0005 BTC,

-The smallest IPO share is 25 PLANK coins (0,0125 BTC)

-1 free plank with a face with the purchase of 2 IPO shared (50 PLANK coins)


IF this IPO is sold out, the following services will be commissioned (some with public bountys)

-Android wallet

-Mac wallet

-Hardware wallet




I am also investigating the costs of getting a scannable QR sticker on every plank to hold digital PLANK coins, stay tuned! (no promises)


Although the subject is funny and random, the coin side management will be executed very seriously, and built up with the same effort as  my previsous coin Ultracoin (which is doing very well now) resulting in many exchanges to trade on and many services and stores accepting it.

If you question my integrity , know that i did not dump my Ultracoin when it was a dollar in week 2 after launch and i had 100k. So i said no to 100000 dollar for morality and because if the founder dumps that shows a wring signal, like a pilot of an airplane jumping out with a parachute.

I distributed 1,6 million UTC in that IPO without any issues so these 500k will not be a problem

Indiegogo explicitly says in their ToS that you may not sell "financial instruments" this would include stocks, shares, and currencies.

Personally, I think it'd be awesome if there was a coin ICO you could buy into directly with dollars instead of with bitcoin. It'd introduce a whole new audience to the altcoin landscape. However, I do not know of any crowdfunding service that allows this, unfortunately
