So I got a ASICMiner Tube 800+ GHs from http://www.112bit.com/product/asicminer-tube-800-ghs-sha256-bitcoin-miner-kit/

Had to source my own power adapter for the Ethernet Controller .....no bigs but was "fun"

Now.....I've accessed it thru Chrome and input all my setting and username etc, BUT it does not start mining, just sitting there at 0.00gh

Any ideas?  What info should I give you guys to help out ?

Ian

yes I see the boards when I press test they all show 0.00 , I only had one connector coming from it to attach the ethernet controller............ the rest were already hooked daisy chained together........

THANKS so much for your ideas, I'll even pay some btc to get this running.

copy my  mining pool  see if you get numbers to show it is mining  .  you need to have all the dip switches done correctly. a good pool  entry and correct ip's.

my router is  192.168.0.1   so i can use that for my gateway setting.

if you have a router like mine  then make sure you can match it up correctly

I've input your settings, now it boots up and then after about 20secs both it and my 1000watt power supply turn off................... not blaming the settings just reporting......... its on its own circuit so i know its not a power source issue, *bangs head on desk

Pull the comm cable from the last daisy chained board and try again.
If it holds I'd suggest your PS is not suitable to carry the load of 4 boards.

what is the op's psu?

change the setting for freq from  290 to 250   if it runs   and stays running it means your psu can not handle the power load.

freq 250 will use less power then  freq  290

250 is underclocked
270 is stock
290 is overclock

this may be an underpowered psu.  I think you may get it running at 250 freq.

Does ghash allow the password to be d=1024? I always set the difficulty on the worker page. Everything else on the page looks like my tube, so it may be a PSU issue.

It may be a software issue. I had problems with the controller as well.
But not 2 minutes, mining was stopping at random times...
The last chance I tried was to use a proxy from Slush's pool. I downloaded the proxy to a pc which is running 7/24
and pointed the erupter to use proxy's IP
After that everthing worked fine...
You may have a power adapter problem which should be 12V 1Amp. Check it out.
That's all I know.

I may also buy it from you, I can use it with my erupter. You can send me a pm.

you can also try to replace the block erupter with a new one.
