Payments were processed manually by site admin. No way it's a security bug. It's an obvious scam.

where do you know?

1. It's stated on the Withdraw page. "All payments are made through Bitcoin network manually."
2. If it is automatic payment by script, it wont go pending for 5-12 hours.
3. If you're an admin, you wouldn't know that payments have gone elsewhere? If it was by honest mistake, then why not reply to support emails ?
4. Why delete negative comments on fb instead of replying to them?

I have no problems with withdrawals. My last payment was on 1st Dec but I know I will get scammed later because there are many complaints recently.

Furthermore, this 1 time.. I exchanged coins for credits, but my credits did not reflect to my balance so I sent support email for explanation but no response from admin. So I know my next payment will be screwed just like anyone else.  Undecided

I have a suspicion that there is a duplicate site. Several times I have noticed strange events. For example, create an order, then I go through some time to test, and this order is absent. On this gives the impression that there is a duplicate site that catches packages.
