Dev just told me he's actually working on a "fully-fledged exchange in the wallet (the 3rd after Saffroncoin and Pyramidscoin) . This is going to be a great improvement !

From now on i will try to keep the thread updated with the ETA

Wow cannot wait for this feature
This coin is under the radar and have good potential

You see on C-Cex 0 BTC Volume? That's why.

Bittrex is no charity they are after the money. If you want to see a coin on trex you need it to be moving several BTC volume on C-Cex first and it's not the case.

We need to keep updating the coin with new features until the general public opinion changes and interest is back.

Just tweet, speak about the coin on trollbox, do whatever you can to help spread the world. Just don't wait passively miracles because they don't happen unless you help them a bit.

Also please keep your wallets open and stacking. We can't even update the blockchain atm, there need to be more people with their wallet open.

I'm very interested in the exchange aspect.

Anywhere to read more info on the exchange?

Like how does it work to mantain a global orderbook using P2P, or does it employ a centralised exchange node?

It will embed entire exchanges using webkit technology.

You can have a look at the Saffroncoin wallet to get a clearer picture.

So will you create a custom exchange client in the wallet; the wallet will expose a GUI to the user allowing them to interact with existing exchange/s API?

Or are you embedding a browser window into the wallet using webkit .lib, allowing user to login to exchange as if they were in a browser?

The wallet itself will not be the exchange, i.e. you are not building a distributed P2P exchange?

It would not be a p2p exchange as of yet. P2P exchanges are not well detailed out yet. In the future we may look to build decentralized asset exchange built on vortex blockchain depending on how strong the community of vortex grows.

Ok, thanks for clearing that up for me.

Wish you luck with VTX, keep up the good work.
