Next time you should keep a backup of your authenticator details.  Also you probably shouldn't post all the details about your account here, perhaps you should edit them out? |

That really sucks dude, wouldn't say BTC-e is a scam though. They're one of the most established exchanges in crypto, fingers crossed you'll get btc back.
Maybe ask them if they can verify your ID in another way?

Do you not get emails notifying you of incoming/outgoing payments? I know coinbase send them out. You need to remember the last transactions because anybody could do this to try and gain access to accounts. 2FA is not looking too safe right now.
