I am offering Bitcoin Loans for USA Applicants Only:

- Immediate Funding upon approval.

- .05 BTC Application Fee which is refunded if approved.  (I use this to keep scammers off/non-credit worthy applicants).  This amount is refunded if you meet the following approval criteria:

     - Active BitcoinTalk Account - Minimum Activity 100.
     - Either Active Twitter or Facebook Account
     - Active ebay.com Account which you will need to direct message my ebay account from with a confirmation code.

If you cannot meet the above AND below requirements - DO NOT APPLY.

- You will also need to supply me with all of the above plus:

     - Copy of a government issued photo ID - Scanned at High Resoultion not less than 600 DPI in color.
     - A utility bill which shows your address and name which matches your government issued ID.
     - A valid telephone number which you will need to text a confirmation code to my cel phone.

The above documents should be scanned/saved in TIF format and saved as a RAR file with encryption. I will provide the encryption password which is 32 characters random alphanumeric. Your privacy is taken very seriously. All of our encryption passwords are stored within a Encrypted Vault.

Sounds like a good way to scam people out of .05
     - Active BitcoinTalk Account - Minimum Activity 100.
     - Either Active Twitter or Facebook Account
     - Active ebay.com Account which you will need to direct message my ebay account from with a confirmation code.
Very interesting, why would it matter if an applicant has any of these accounts?
- You will also need to supply me with all of the above plus:

     - Copy of a government issued photo ID - Scanned at High Resoultion not less than 600 DPI in color.
     - A utility bill which shows your address and name which matches your government issued ID.
     - A valid telephone number which you will need to text a confirmation code to my cel phone.
Oh maybe you want to be able to gain access to their facebook, twitter or ebay account by "proving" that "you" are trying to recover access to the account. Or maybe you are trying to steal your borrower's identities, either way I would not provide this information
