Very interesting, why would it matter if an applicant has any of these accounts?

Oh maybe you want to be able to gain access to their facebook, twitter or ebay account by "proving" that "you" are trying to recover access to the account. Or maybe you are trying to steal your borrower's identities, either way I would not provide this information
