As agreed via MP, I will contract an "indirect loan" with Quickseller in order to have more leverage in a dice site investment.
The amount of the load is 1,25BTC and I will send him 0,25BTC. The interest of the loan is payed as a commission of the profits (25% commission), minimum commission will be fixed @1,5% per month of the lent (in this case 0.01875BTC)
With this amount Quickseller will open an investor position in a defined dicesite.
If at the end of the deal (still to define), the amount of the investment is inferior to the opening position I will have to repay him the losses (either with my deposit or with more money from me).
If the site closes and/or is unable to pay back, I will have to pay him back his losses.

This is regarding the loan to “Barnabe”

Upon receipt of 0.25 BTC to the above address, I will send 1.25 BTC of my own funds, plus 0.25 that is represented from the above address (for a total of 1.5 BTC) to Bitdice.me
Once funds are confirmed on Bitdice.me, I will direct that the entire 1.5 BTC be “invested” in the bankroll of Bitdice.me
Upon expiration of the loan term, I will divest the entire investment from Bitdice.me and withdraw the entire balance to an address that I control. I will then retain 25% of the gain from the bankroll investment (plus the initial 1.25 BTC of my own money), and return the remaining balance to “Barnable”. The minimum amount that I will retain (including my initial 1.25 BTC) is 1.26875 BTC.
In the event that the bankroll investment were to drop in value to 1.3125 or lower, then I will have the right (but not obligation) to divest the entire investment and retain funds according to the above schedule (I would retain 1.26875 BTC and the balance would be sent to “Barnabe”).
In the event that “Barnabe” notifies me that he wises to end the loan early, then I will divest the entire bankroll investment as soon as practicable (but no later then 24 hours from the time I receive such notification, and will distribute funds according to the above schedule.
In the event that Bitdice.me is involved in a scam accusation, then I have the right, but not obligation to divest and withdraw the entire bankroll investment and distribute funds able to be successfully withdrawn according to the above schedule.
The loan will expire on September 28, 2015 unless it is mutually agreed upon that the loan will be extended. Neither party is under any obligation to extend the loan.
In the event that Bitdice.me disallows me to withdraw an amount equal to or greater then 1.26875 BTC for any reason (including, but not limited to, them scamming, them having their funds stolen from them, bankroll losses) then “Barnable” will owe me the difference between the amount I can successfully withdraw and 1.26875 BTC.
Upon the termination of the loan, assuming that funds are due to “Barnable” then I will send what is due to him to the following address: 1FzCuR8LwA67CEyfa38jrxJi8MejMhqKVy
In the event that “Barnable” wishes to change the above address, he will need to sign a specific message requesting that the above address be changed.
