When you say you put an end to mining, you mean the block reward was changed to 0?
As others have said the difficulty is very low - are you not worried about the security of the blockchain?

Yes it finishes when all shares are sold. but dividends on profits will start in November as planned. Obviously until fully funded profits will be lower

we have a UK company at the moment, which is our operations and marketing, and we are a few hours away from having our main holding company which the exchange will run from in the Isle of Man.

 There is nothing wrong with doing your research, asking (and expecting answers to) intelligent questions, and making an 'informed choice' about your investments, whatever they may be. If you do that you it will exponentially increase your odds of making a good return.
