Re what Mark said in the video and the 502 errors I see on banx.io - this could be an option https://www.cloudflare.com/ seems to me that a lot of the sites with considerable amount of traffic in crypto (exchanges, pools, hash providers) are using it at the moment. They have a 100% uptime guarantee plan for 130 quid a month.

Is banx.io working properly? When I click on "balance" nothing happens, just a blank page..

Hi, scroll up a bit mate, I had the same issue; logging out / back in fixed it.
But before you do. If you hit F12, and then find the console tab, any red messages there could help the Dev fix up the problem for good.

We mere mortals are getting "access denied" for the amazonaws doc. Smiley

Hi guys

here is the correct link:

http://banxcapital.s3.amazonaws.com/BANX_CAPITAL_wallet_update_announcement.pdf

Thanks

Thanks for that, we were already using cloudflare though. We have now upgraded the account and it seems to be holding steady at the moment.

Remember that all shares have to be in your banx.io account by the 28th (this friday) at 5PM GMT otherwise you will risk losing them completely and they will no longer be qualified for profit payouts.

Mark, when banx.io start correct working?

Banx.io is up and running for deposits etc but the trading engine is still being worked on. Hopefully later today we will be fully back up and running though. Smiley

Thanks for your patience with this.

Please don't forget that all your BANX Shares need to be in the Banx.io exchange by 5PM GMT on Friday 28th November (thats this friday) otherwise you risk your shares becoming invalid when we run the updates on the wallet to make everything more secure.

If you want any further information on this then please read this document.

http://banxcapital.s3.amazonaws.com/BANX_CAPITAL_wallet_update_announcement.pdf

If you still have questions then feel free to get in touch with me either via PM on here or via skype: yesbossdodd Facebook: facebook.com/bigdodd Twitter: @Simon_Doddy or Email: simon@banxcapital.com

Thanks everyone Smiley

Hm, not sure about the 401 but that image from kayako effs up the https - that's why you see the little exclamation mark in chrome instead of the green padlock.

I have given the exchange a gentle tap with my special hammer so they should show up in the next few minutes for you. Please let me know if they don't.

Due to an attack on our exchange the payouts will be delayed slightly this month.

We are working hard to get things back up and running again and as soon as they are we will give you a little bit of extra time to get your shares deposited into the exchange and then we will pay out as normal.

Sorry about this delay guys but it is completely out of our hands at the moment.

If you have any questions please get in touch with me and I will do my best to help you out.
