BANX ran their ICO on c-cex, but now I hear all the coins on c-cex are worthless. Could this really be true?
all shares currently on c-cex have been deemed invalid there have been several anouncements sent out c-cex was also informed but failed to notify there users here are just 2 of the mentioned anouncements ****IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMNENT**** As part of our ongoing plan to improve services, we require all investors in Banx shares to transfer all shares held to Banx.io exchange no later than the 28th of November 2014. As part of our continuing effort to improve Banx Capital services, maintenance is scheduled to begin on the Banx Shares wallet which will involve wallet modification and upgrade to the existing wallet technology. These are mandatory updates. This maintenance will require a hard fork of the wallet code, so please be advised that all outstanding shares not deposited on the exchange by the 28th of November are at risk of becoming invalid shares as future wallets will not be compatible with the current wallets. While the upgrades are being implemented all withdrawals and deposits of Banx Shares will be disabled to prevent complications arising from the new updates. Please be advised that until testing of the new wallet code is conducted and the results are within expectation to a satisfactory standard, no fixed date is set for the conclusion of these pending updates. As part of our security auditing process we will be verifying the integrity of Banx shares account holders assets on the Banx.io exchange according to our auditing records to ensure that we continue to provide a high standard of service to our customers. What this means Whilst your shares are held on Banx.io they will still collect profit payout fees as usual at the end of each month and can be traded as normal on the exchange during this period. However, Banx shares not deposited on the exchange by the cut-off date will not qualify for payout fees, and will become incompatible with the new wallet technology. If you have any questions regarding this announcement, please contact Banx Capital at: Mark Lyford Twitter: http://twitter.com/marklyfordMark Lyford Email: mark at banxcapital.com Mark Lyford Skype: mjlyford Bitcoin Talk: http://banxshares.com/bitcointalk ****************************
5 HOURS TO GO UNTIL ALL SHARES OUTSIDE OF BANX.IO WILL BECOME INVALID
****************************
Please deposit all shares into the Banx.io exchange to keep your shares from becoming invalid and also to receive your profit payouts for this month!

No they didn't they sold them on banx.io C-cex started then trading them too, banx asked them to de list them and they refused. As far as I know they are doing a wallet update that required the shares be uploaded to your accounts on banx.io I transferred mine to banx.io a couple of days ago. They are still in there but the wallet is only working on the exchange until they do their updates. There where a number of news updates about this over the past few weeks.

That just looks like c-cex where cashing in on the Banx ICO, I know for a fact that banx.io where selling them themselves so why would they sell them somewhere else? I know that after a few weeks c-cex approached Mark because it was mentioned in the chat room. So no they weren't involved in the ICO. They're simply another exchange. You've actually just proved what I was saying anyway.

Lower than last time From chat obviously we were a week short on this month , plus with the problems the exchange has has realistically in real terms we have been 50% down on time, but payouts were 2/3's so not too bad. Hoping with the plans going into Dec that payouts will be around 4 cents next month, no guarantees obviously but thats what Im aiming for with the plans coming together in Dec.

But Mark wanted unlimited ICO so we had to inform Mark after 3 weeks that we will finish it in a one more week and open trading. At the moment situation with our customers having BANX on their account is not good because we have a lots of BANX in our exchange wallet.

I feel bad for anyone who bought into the ICO. If I remember correctly, banx.io interface didn't even exist at the time.

so u just opened trading while an ico was on going , and then fail to notify ur users of the pending fork.and then to top it off u still have the banx market listed and opened on the exchange knowing that the shares there are no longer valid.

@jstew
I have several addresses in banx.io, the very first address banx.io gave me is: bbUiSaH4t4APta6S8NEmkbDeqaNA8UDSi3 I have a transaction: 77603d46371d0136433f99ae87f1e2abff8d581b59f4448dd56dc8628e1d4d73 at 2014-11-25 15:26:11 (5 days ago, before the deadline) which still does not show on my banx balance today. I have sent a pm to bigmanintown about this before, but haven't heard anything further the past 2 days.
I see that I've received my share payout, which is nice, but it is based on the current balance, without this last transaction. Can you take a look and confirm if I have lost the BANX transferred and/or share payout for the amount still in transfer? Thanks!

Okay dude you need to get away from they idea of c-cex having anything to do with Banx shares, there was an ongoing ICO that Mark had operating through Banx.io, for a good while i might add, and then he got approached by c-cex-pride, who then negotiated the adding of Banx shares to there exchange, under the guise of helping the ICO, and was not able to be contacted again after adding them, I was there, i saw all of it as it unfolded, day after day, if anyone is willing to take my word on it (prob not), im just a human, like all you, i am pointing my finger at c-cex over this, they where informed, well informed, and given plenty of notice, they chose to ignore everything happening around them, I would be asking them for my bitcoin if you still have shares there, as they still have not indicated why they ignored the warnings, and its starting to feel like this exchange has a stick up its ass over Banx tbh, i dont see any other exchanges causing any other problems, just c-cex.
