therefore, there are total 5 date(Start date, Prediction end date, Real end date, Betting start seed date , Betting expire seed date)

1. Start date : deposit time to our wallet(betting time).
2. Prediction end date : Start date + 5 seconds.
3. Real end date : real execution end time by batch program.
    there is a batch program that handles incoming orders at a time every seconds.
    so, there  can be a time gap between Real end date and Prediction end date
4. there is also seed generator program that it generate seed value every seconds.
5. Betting start seed date : the seed generation time selected by start date.
    Betting expire seed date : the seed generation time selected by real end date.

* 5 seconds means time difference between start date and Prediction end date,
