After doing tons due diligence. I'm about 95% sure secondtrade is scam options on btc. I have witnessed numerous occasions where the price of the two asian exchanges and bitstamp have all been above the price being screened on secondtrade. Everytime it would go down just long enough for a bet to loose than return to the correct average. If you dont belive me look into it yourself. there is manipulation going on here. Either that or the site is broke.

Do people really try to manipulate the BTC market by moving the price themselves? It doesn't seem like its worth it due to the small bet size and the thousands of BTC that would have to get bought and sold at one moment.
