Did it ever happen?  Curious as to why he made a post like that.  He did have an address that had plenty of coins.

There was a guy on twitter saying that he is giving away 20 btc but it never happened and his account was also hacked.

He gave away lots of coins due to signature program people posting on his thread saying why they should get the 100 BTC

That name sounds familiar.
That does not surprise me. He has paid of multiple loans, provided support to some people that really needed it (sending him PM's with your sob story, won't get you anything) and he has done a lot of sales/giveaways.
